5k Training

The Running Club includes one or two 60 minute workouts per week held at a track or park near your club. The cost is $72 for one workout per week (6 workouts) or $144 for two workouts per week (12 workouts).

In addition to your training, the 60 minute workouts will include group discussion on running specific topics, tips and helpful information from experienced runners, and information on local events. Friends to run with, support, and motivation are also provided!

Workouts are led by certified personal trainers from each club. Non-members are welcome. The cost for non-members is $90 for once a week and $180 for twice a week. Contact the running coach for your club to find out when the next program starts! In six weeks you too could be running a 5K!!
