Brides from all over will find that Lynne Brick’s Bridal Shape-Up offers the most beneficial blend of fitness assessments, nutritional guidance, and personal attention from a Brick Bodies Personal Trainer guaranteed to make every bride look and feel their best on their special day.
The Lynne Brick’s Bridal Shape-Up is a 8-week program and includes:
- Fitness Assessment including Visual Fitness Planner
- (16) 1-hour one-on-one personal training sessions
- Nutritional support
- 3-month Brick Bodies/Lynne Brick’s club membership for non-members
- $25 off the already discounted Spa Bridal Package

Package prices range from $800 - $1,120 depending on the trainer level and the brides’ Brick Bodies member status. These packages are also available for the groom and members of the wedding party.
