 EMPOWER
"EMPOWER" is a group Personal Training Program developed specifically for women. During the 6 weeks, we will focus on resistance, cardiovascular, core and team training. Along with exercise, each session includes scheduled Q&A topics important to women and fitness. This program not only provides external results but will leave you feeling empowered from within!
