 Brick Bodies Running Club(BBRC) 5K Training Program
Whether you're a first time runner or a seasoned runner, join our BBRC Coaches for a great season of running and fun. Our experienced staff will help you achieve your running goals. Our workouts will challenge you to run faster and farther than you ever imagined. This training program is for anyone contemplating a 5K or 10K race during the running season.
The program starts on April 30th, 2008 at 6:30pm Dulaney HS track and runs through October 11, 2008. We will be running several races from June - October. You may join to run one or all races.

Baltimore Marathon & 1/2 Marathon Training Program
The Brick Bodies Running Club (BBRC) will be training
various groups for the Under Armour® Baltimore
marathon running festival and other running festivals.
This training program is for anyone contemplating a
Fall Marathon, whether it is Baltimore, Dublin, New
York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Richmond, Marine Corps,
or any number of marathons held within the September/
October/November time frame.
You will be lead by Coach Trent Stroup coach of the
Baltimore Marathon for the past there years. He as
coached over 450 runners to successfully cross the
finish line. He personally coaches each Wednesday
night track workout.

The 24 week program starts on April 30th, 2008 at 6:30pm Dulaney HS track and runs through October 11,2008. Recommended base mileage at outset of program is 4 miles at a time and/or currently running 10 miles per week by April 30th.
