Brick Bodies /Lynne Brick’s group exercise instructors promise to deliver an awe-inspiring, world class group fitness experience in every class. Our instructors are nationally certified and trained to coach you, motivate you and help you to have fun while you get the most out of each workout. We feature Les Mills programs as well as signature Brick Bodies classes. Regardless of your age, fitness level or experience, we welcome you to take any of our classes!

Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
 BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated – and fizzing with energy.
 CXWORX: 30 minutes of core training based on cutting-edge scientific research, CXWORX is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.
RPM™ is a ride through a variety of terrain set to an addictive rhythm of powerful music where you can burn up to 800 calories! RPM45 = 45min & RPM60 = 60min.

Program Description
Aqua Arthritis Is a warm water therapy class that relieves aching joints,while focusing on cardiovascular training, resistance training, balance and mobility.
Aqua Arthritis + Focuses on moderate intensity moves in the warm water therapy pool.
Aqua Bootcamp Is a high intensity “boot camp” style interval workout that improves your cardio conditioning and tones your muscles.
Aqua Flow Is an arthritis class that starts with gentle cardio and ends with breathing, stretching and Tai Chi.
Aqua Sculpt Utilizes the resistance of water to sculpt, tone and tighten your muscles.
Aqua Yoga Is a yoga class that uses the support of warm water to help loosen muscles, focuses on balance and enhances relaxation.
Aqua Zumba Is a “pool party,” that integrates the Zumba philosophy with traditional aquatic disciplines in a safe, challenging and exhilarating workout.
Boxing 101™ Is a fun and intense, easy-to-follow kick-boxing intervalor circuit class. Wraps and gloves are required to hit the bags.
Brick Biking Is an indoor cycling experience that incorporates resistance and speed changes to stimulate an outdoor ride.
Brick Biking Lite Brick Biking with an easier intensity.
Building Brick Bodies (BBB) This class integrates cardio, body weight, strength and core training through an exciting variety of interval experiences. BBB1 has a greater focus on the cardio aspect and BBB2 has a greater focus on total body toning.
Butts & Guts This 30 minute sculpting class targets below the belt. Guaranteed to work your core and more with toys that aren’t just for boys!
Esprit de Core This 20-30 minute class will help you tone, tighten and firm your core: your abs and your back! Excellent for all ages and fitness levels!
Fat Burner This class is low impact, high intensity combinations which alternate with intervals of strength training. The strength intervals incorporate active recovery moves which maximize “fat burning” Also includes core training.
H2 Run This deep water tread class will skyrocket your heart rate with a challenging, fun, zero impact suspended workout. Work your core, arms and legs with unique resistance exercises!
Interval Burn Is a mix of plyometric, bodyweight and core exercises to maximize calorie burn and sculpting benefits.
Making Waves Is a moderate to high intensity warm water class that builds endurance, strength and aerobic conditioning.
NIA (Neuromusclur Integrative Action) Is expressive movement class that blends dance, martial arts and yoga, facilitating participants to move toward pleasure and away from pain.
P.A.C.E. Circuit Progressive Aerobic Circuit Exercise is a 60 minute class that utilizes hydraulic equipment combining strength and cardiovascular stations. You will gain a combination of increased cardiovascular, strength and muscular endurance all at the same time! (plus burn a whole lot of calories!)
PowerStep An advanced step class that is all cardio and hi NRG! A variety of moves, intervals and creative use of the steps are explored in each class!
PowerYoga A style of Hatha yoga that focuses on breath, posture, muscular endurance and strength in a more vigorous fashion. Props may be used. Power Yoga will take your mind and body to the next level.

Virtual Biking Interval-40 & Virtual Sport-40 Is a virtual biking experience with a virtual coach. Rides are 40 or 60 minutes long.
XTREME Kickbox Merges roots of martial arts with the intensity of sports specific resistance training for an intense, energetic workout.
Yoga Is a healing system of theory and practice. It is a combination of breathing exercises, meditation & physical postures performed with focused awareness.
Yoga for Athletes Is designed for the athletic body in mind.
Yoga Fundamentals Is a basic yoga class that focuses on proper form and alignment for yoga poses at a slower pace to create greater understanding and deepen practice.
Yoga Nidra Meditation This 45 minute class is sleep with awareness to induce full-body relaxation and deep meditation through guided imagery.
ZUMBA Is not a class. It’s a Party! This fun easy-to-learn Latin based workout will move your body to infectious music that will sweep you off your feet!.
