    Baltimore Barre Spring Slim Down

    Let our Baltimore Barre team sculpt your arms, flatten your abs, tighten your thighs, and lift your seat with 3 classes per week for 8 weeks.
    The Spring Slim Down begins Monday, April 4th through Sunday, May 29th.
    3 classes per week for 8 weeks – A total of 24 classes for $259!

    *Current class passes may be put on hold during the Spring Slim Down. Those passes will become active beginning 5/30/16.

    Running Club

    For intermediate walkers/beginner runners. Andrea Brawner, Certified Personal Trainer and running enthusiast will coach you every Monday at 66:30pm around Lake Montebello. Warm up includes light stretching and cardio. She will then take you through a series of drills that vary from walking – jogging – running. Members and non-members welcome, bring your friend, mother, father, spouse, sibling… whoever wants to enjoy some fresh air and warmer weather. Cost is $40 for the 8 weeks.     Running Clinic

    Running Clinic – starts Saturday, April 23rd and runs thru Saturday, June 11th – Linda McShane, Certified Personal Training, competitive runner and triathlon competitor is leading a running clinic for those that have successfully ran a full 5k or beyond and are looking to improve their speed, time and skills. The Run Clinic participants will meet every Saturday at 7am starting on April 23rd at Towson High’s track. Cost is $80 for the full 8 weeks.
