    Running Club Starts

    Andrea Brawner will begin an 8 week session meeting at Lake Montebello. Participants will meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm starting on August 27th up until the Baltimore Running festival Saturday, October 18th. The cost of this 8 week session is $30(race fee not included). Whether you are training for the 5K or 10K this program will help you achieve your goal! All levels welcome. Sign up today!

    Belvedere Square BrickOver

    What better way to jump start your fitness by sign up for the Belvedere Square Brickover with Andrea Brawner. This 6 week accountability program will have weekly weigh-ins, motivation emails, nutritional guidance and 3 60 minute group workouts – all this for $39.00! You’ll have the chance to win prizes by playing Brickover bingo throughout the 6 weeks. Program kicks off Tuesday, September 2nd at 7pm and Wednesday, September 3rd at 8:30am for initial weigh-ins. Weekly weigh-ins will be every Tuesday at 7:30pm and Wednesday at 8:30am.

    Quickie Tabata class with Kim Franklin at 8:30am starting Wednesday, September 3rd. The ultimate workout in blasting calories and effective fat burning. A serious sweat! This structured, high-intensity interval workout begins with a short warm-up followed by a series of 4 minute dynamic exercise sequences that will provide noticeable results in a short period of time. Designed to kick start your metabolism and have lasting effects long after your workout is complete. Classes are offered Wednesdays at 8:30am, $10/Drop-in or $40 for a 5 pack
