- Metabolic Conditioning with Linda McShane
Monday/Wednesday’s 4pm! If you’re looking to get lean and boost endurance, metabolic conditioning circuits better be in your workout routines. The purpose of metabolic conditioning is to maximize the efficiency of a particular energy system to develop your desired physique. One added benefit is the increase of caloric burn even after the workout is finished. High intensity during the session leads to a higher resting metabolism for the next few hours. - Fit and Fierce with Jill Handy
Tuesday/Thursday’s at 6am! Fit and Fierce will consist of a 60-minute full body workout that will gain strength, endurance and confidence. You will get your heart rate up, sweat, and most importantly you will get results! We will combine squats, lunges, presses, curls and more with functional integrated exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. Drop in for $15, 10 pack of passes for $125.
- Quickie Tabata with Linda McShane
Wednesday’s at 8:30am – Interval training cycle of 20 seconds of max intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause, 8 times or a total of 4 minutes. You can keep score by counting how many repetitions you do in each of the 20 second rounds. Have fun and workout! Drop in for $10 or purchase a 5 pack for $40.
