    Running Clinic

    Starts Friday, May 15th at 6am thru June 19th – A 6 week running program with Linda McShane. This running clinic will enable you to build endurance, become faster, leaner and stronger. Great program for those who are preparing for a triathlon or races over a 5K. Cost is $75 per person for the 6 weeks or drop in for $15. Sign up at the front desk.

    Spring into Shape

    Program Dates: Monday, June 1st – Thursday, July 3rd
    Weekly Weigh-ins: Monday’s 8:30am-9:30am or Thursday’s 7:30pm-8pm (Done by Stephanie)
    Program includes: Weekly weigh-ins, Nutrition Education Seminar, initial and final fitness assessments, 2 group personal training style workouts (by Stephanie), Spring into Shape Workout Tracker, Brick Bodies Pedometer and a goodie bag for the summer!
    Program price: $39

    We have an upgrade that includes everything above plus 2 – 30 minute sessions per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions) with Stephanie.

    Tuesday, June 16th 10am-11am – Feeling lost or overwhelmed at the supermarket? Do they have so many products that you don’t know where to begin? Wajeeha can help! We meet at Giant grocery store where I can explain the layout of the store, teach you the correct way to buy fresh produce, discuss marketing gimmicks, show you healthy substitutes for unhealthy food, shop on a budget and learn to read labels. Meet at Giant on 6340 York Rd. $25 per person. Limited to 6. Sign up at the service desk.

    Sunday Walk around Lake Montebello

    The weather is warmer and the sun rises early – what a perfect way to kick off your week with a Sunday walk around Lake Montebello. Join certified personal trainer and holistic health coach, Wajeeha El Bey on Sunday, June 21st at 7am to take a walk around the Lake. You’ll have the opportunity to talk to Wajeeha and get to meet new faces. No commitment – just show up!
