    30 Day Weight Loss Challenge with Andrea Brawner, CPT

    Join Andrea Brawner, CPT, in this 30 day weight loss challenge! This challenge will be split into two teams to compete for the highest percentage of weight loss. You will have a weekly weigh-in, 2x/week team workouts, 2 group workouts, nutritional tracking and guidance, motivation, accountability and RESULTS! Team and individual prizes will be given out. The 30 day weight loss challenge is $99, you can upgrade for $199 (in it to win it!) and receive everything in the challenge plus 4 – 30 min one on one personal training sessions with Andrea Brawner. Initial weigh in and team meeting is Thursday, March 27th at 8:30am and 7pm (attend one). Workouts will be held on Monday/Wednesday from 9-9:30am and Tuesday/Thursday 7pm-7:30pm. The two Challenge workouts will be held on Saturday April 5th at 12pm-1pm and Saturday, April 26th at 12m-1pm. Registration is available now at the service desk.
