    Favorite Workout: With a group, TRX and Boxing are a lot of fun. For cardio, it has to be a Brick Biking Class. For strength exercise I stick to the old-school H.I.S.T. to M.M.T. (High Intensity Strength Training to Momentary Muscle Failure!). Swimming is an awesome workout too, but I notice I start sinking after a few laps!!

    Hobbies/Special Interests: Spending time with friends and family. Can’t go wrong playing a game of pickup basketball, playing the guitar, going mountain biking, or dabbling in art.

    Advice for New Members: Stay motivated, stay positive, and enjoy yourself! Attitude is everything! When you can, find someone in the club you can work out with or with whom you can take classes. It also helps to bring in a friend or family member to help you stay committed and it makes it more fun!
