Body ShapingQuality of LifeWeight Loss
Aqua SpinAquaSpin is a great full-body, low impact workout. Biking in the water makes the class both easier and harder at the same time: you’ll have to fight the resistance of the water, but the water’s buoyancy will help to keep you supported. Aqua bike seats are much more comfortable, too. *Paid pool classes use a special Aqua Pass.
Bags and StrapsTwo of our most popular workouts in the same class!  Bags and Straps features both heavy bag work along with total body TRX training to provide an awesome strength building, fat melting workout. Duration: 55 minutes  
BalletoneBallet inspired cardio class what will shape those arms and tone those legs while bringing out your inner ballerina.
Baltimore BarreBelly up to this high energy and intense fat burning class!  Fusing the principles of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, Baltimore Barre guarantees fast results. Lifts your seat, strengthens your core and target trains your upper body like you’ve never done before.  
Baltimore Barre IntenseWe added an additional 15 minutes of toning, strengthening and tightening to our normal Baltimore Barre class for intense results! Duration: 75 minutes

 

Baltimore Barre/ BalletoneA fusion of our traditional Balitmore Barre and  Balletone classes:
  • Baltimore Barre-A high energy, no impact workout, fusing the principles of Ballet and Pilates with resistance and isometric training performed in an interval, weight bearing format at the ballet barre and on the mat. Barre is a great full body workout that targets arms and abs and of course thighs and butt.
  • Balletone-Ballet inspired cardio class what will shape those arms and tone those legs while bringing out your inner ballerina.
Boot Camp QuickieWake up your workouts with this military inspired group training program guaranteed to give you results... fast! Heart pumping intervals alternate with challenging muscle and core conditioning.
Boxing and BOSU

Taking our tradional Brick Boxing program to the next level with BOSU intervals.  Fusing together boxing technqies and  intermediate to complex balanace and core movements on the BOSU trainer along with  intense strength and cardio intervals will not only have participants feeling the challange they will also see the difference.

Brick Bodies Boot CampB.B.B.C. is a six week group personal training program designed to welcome all fitness levels with a low complexity/personal intensity approach.  Through the utilization of functional movements in a high intensity format, participants will enjoy improvements in overall strength, endurance and fitness level. Duration: 55 minutes
Brick BoxingOur newly revamped Brick Boxing program is designed to help each participant reach the next level of fitness!  By focusing on intermediate to complex movements, intense strength and cardio intervals, participants will realize a pure boxing workout that provides great results! Girl PowerGirls only circuit style class consisting of strength and cardio intervals. All women are welcome and encouraged to workout in a comfortable environment while working at your personal fitness level. Duration: 55 minutes    
Golf FitnessImprove core strength though various balance, stability, and mobility exercises specifically targeted for golfers. The rotational power exercises are followed by dynamic stretches to promote flexibility as well as build lean muscle. Duration: 55 Minutes
H.I.I.T.High Intensity Interval Training is a combination of burst and recovery cycles that can boost the performance of athletes, improve the health of the recreational exerciser and is a viable alternative and provide all of the benefits of continuous-endurance training with fewer workouts. InfernoEarly morning Hotter-Than-A-Raging-Inferno Boot Camp style class. Utilizing multiple formats that will get your blood pumping and keep it pumping, Inferno is going to ignite your results quickly!
Kettlebell BasicsThis class will introduce thorough instruction to achieve proper form and technique of the fundamental movements leading to mastery of  Russian Swing, Goblet Squat, and Turkish Get-Up.  Each class will focus specifically on one of the fundamental moves.
Kettlebell BootcampA 4-week level II kettlebell class, fusing hardstyle kettlebell training with TRX for maximized results. (Must first complete Kettlebell Basics before enrolling in this 4 week class).
Metabolic TrainingThis fast-paced class combines strength and cardio exercises in intense intervals to build strength and maximize calorie burn. Progress through high-intensity workouts using kettlebells, battling ropes, and the TRX Suspension Trainer to increase your metabolism long after working out! Suitable for moderate to advanced fitness levels. Duration: 55 minutes  
Pool BarreDon’t let the name fool you!  This intense class burns fat and tones as well as the popular land based version!  Employ isolated movements using props like noodles to tighten and tone like never before. Duration: 45 minutes

Pool PilatesThis is the pool version of our popular Pilates program, utilizing props, as well as the water, for added resistance.  This is a great way to strengthen and lengthen while having your body weight supported by water. Duration: 45 minutes

PowerTRAINPush it to the limit with Mike Blake in this circuit style workout! Infused with cross training exercises and a little something for everyone.
PUMP & SHRED 101

Learn how to lift barbells safely while shredding (shedding?) away fat. Beginner weightlifting class that focuses on form and technique through each functional movement. Learn how to squat, deadlift and overhead press with a barbell to improve your power, strength & form (perfect to incorporate into your regular weight-lifting classes) while getting lean. After learning a movement properly, a mini workout will be conducted incorporating that day’s movement.

Add this class twice a week to your routine and you will feel a world of difference in your joints and muscles. Foam rolling also increases your mobility over time. Drop in  after your RPM class, Body Pump class or your own workout!
Quickie H.I.I.TThis is a non-stop, powerhouse workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and get your heart pumping. H.I.I.T will include cardio intervals using the step, BOSU, jump rope and floor drills.
Quickie Metabolic TrainingThis fast-paced class combines strength and cardio exercises in intense intervals to build strength and maximize calorie burn. Progress through high-intensity workouts using kettlebells, battling ropes, and the TRX Suspension Trainer to increase your metabolism long after working out! Quickie TabataInterval training cycle of 20 secs of max intensity exercise, followed by 10 sec rest, repeated with out pause. 8 times or a total of 4 minutes. You can keep score by counting how many lifts/jumps/whatever you do in each of the 20 sec rounds. Have fun and workout!    
Striking BodiesFast paced boxing class utilizing a circuit format. You will learn all the basic punches, advanced movement and combinations! Push your limits!
Synergy Slam
