Advice for New Members: Don’t give up! It takes 21 days to form a new habit. Make sure to utilize the gym at least 2-3 times a week for at least 30 minutes during your first month in order to give yourself a good start to your program. We are here to help you!

Advice for New Members: Starting an exercise program is the easy part – sticking with it is the challenge. Some ways to help you stay on track with your fitness goals: set realistic and achievable goals, find an activity you enjoy, keep your body challenged by varying your workout (type and intensity), find a workout buddy, and most importantly listen to your body!!

Advice for New Members: Try everything at least 3 times. The first time you try a class or a machine it may be awkward, give it another try, it will get easier, and more comfortable. Then decide if it is something you want to do.
