The First Step Membership Program is a 60-day, twice-a-week, supervised wellness program. The program is led by an Exercise Physiologist and a team of certified personal trainers who provide exceptional care, motivation, and support.

1. WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISE SHOULD I EXPECT?
A: You will exercise with supervision 2 times per week. The exercise includes cardiovascular and strength components and is designed to meet your needs.
