How to Reduce Knee Pain
August 19, 2011 By: Victor Brick
Here’s a very simply exercise to help reduce chronic knee pain:
- Stand with your feet and knees comfortably together. The key word is “comfortably”.
- Bend over so that you can put your hands on your knees.
- Keeping your feet flat on the ground and your knees together, rotate your knees 10 times in a clockwise motion and then 10 times in a counter-clockwise motion. Each rotation should take about 1 or 2 seconds.
You will be amazed how much better this simple exercise will make your knees feel. It helps to bring circulation to the knee joint and helps to increase the flexibility in your knees as well.

See you at 100; years that is!
Corny Joke: Did you hear about the dolphin that lost his best friend? Seems he no longer had any porpoise in life!

I have wanting to write this for quite along time.I was a very unsatisfied member because of the lack of space for the classes I chose to take. I was very motivated in the beginning but became upset each time I came for classes so eventually I just stopped coming but still had to pay for the rest of my contract obligations. I don’t know if there is anything that can be done but certainly this was an unfair situation.
Sincerely,
Nancy L. Lemon
Nancy, I am sorry to hear about your experience with over-crowding in some of our classes. If you would, could you contact me directly at info@BrickBodies.com and we can discuss it further, including what we can do to improve the situation.
