    2nd Annual Party in Pink Zumbathon

    When: Saturday, October 25 2-4pm
    Where: Brick Bodies Padonia

    Dance with 10 amazing instructors from 2p-4pm to help out an amazing cause. Space limited to 100 participants. $10 donation is required to save you a spot, but everyone is encouraged to raise and donate as much as you can. You can give money directly to any of our instructors: Maribeth Cox-Livingston, Kirsten Ledford, Tracy Baskerville, Marili Mejias, Lara Snyder, Jamaal Collier, Sandy Smalls, London Johnson, Lana Shomali or Claudia Nogueira.  All donations go to Zumba® Global Research Grant for Breast Cancer Prevention which is managed by Susan G. Komen.

Komen Breast Cancer Foundation help to eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease by advancing research, education, screening, and treatment.     The American Breast Cancer Foundation’s mission is to reduce the financial barriers to potentially life-saving breast cancer screenings and diagnostic tests by providing financial assistance for these procedures to the uninsured and under served, regardless of age or gender.

    General Admission: $25

    Best Buddies 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

    When: November 15, 7am
    Where: Oregon Ridge, 13401 Beaver Dam Rd, Cockeysville

    On Saturday, November 15, 2014, more than 500 runners and walkers will gather at Oregon Ridge Park to join the Army of Inclusion and support the 5K and 1-mile Fun Run to benefit Best Buddies Maryland. Timing and race management to be provided by Charm City Run Events. After the race enjoy live music, food, and many exciting post race activities in the park. Funds raised at this event will benefit life-changing services of Best Buddies to offer friendship and inclusion for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
