Wednesday, July 4th  9:30 – 10:45 am with Boxing Studio Cameron & Jared.

Our NEWEST  Kettlebell Strong Team Training will be teaming up with our high-intensity interval class INFERNO to focus on strength, core and cardio moves to increase your calorie burn and rev up your metabolism.

* 4th of July classes are limited to 22 participants per class. Elite memberships and Team Training packages will be accepted, $15pp Drop in rate, All levels & guests welcome.
