Specialty Barre Belle Class

Date: March 17th
Hours: Noon-12:45m

We are inviting members to bring their mother, daughter, or friend to join us for a special Barre Class this St. Patrick’s Day. Simply bring a Mom OR Daughter with your best St. Patty’s Day cheer and be ready to “sparkle” at the Barre. No previous Barre experience necessary, but your Mom / Daughter must be at least 8 years old! Registration is required.

Happy Hour at the Barre

Date: April 5th
Hours: 6:30-7:15pm

Little Bricks

NEW! Cosmic Kid’s Yoga Tuesdays

Date: March 12th, 19th and 26th
Hours: 9:30-10:00am and 5:00-5:30pm

Drop your little ones off in Little Brick’s for an amazing 30-minute yoga session that is fun for kids of all ages!  Mats will be provided. This is included with your Little Bricks membership or drop-in fee. No sign up required.

Kids Zumba

Drop your child(ren) off in Little Bricks for a Call it SPRING date night! We will be making potted flowers to take home! Cool Spring crafts, games, movie and fun!

$15 per child / $5 for each additional sibling.

TRX Yoga Instructor Training at Brick Bodies Rotunda

TRX Yoga is a fusion of TRX Suspension Training and Yoga in one unique class that allows for a deeper Yoga practice while providing a measure of supoprt from TRX straps.

Knee Injuries and Rehabilitation presented by Dr. Richard Levine and Rebecca Schumer, PT

This Seminar will review general knee injuries incurred by the active population and various treatment options for these conditions. the seminar will also have a general overview of the important aspects of rehabilitation of various knee conditions and how to optimize movements to reduce risk of injury in the knees.

This series of educational workshops and seminars are created to bring in Doctors and Physical Therapists together with our members to discuss common orthopedic conditions, treatment options and up to date medical practices that can help our members to reach their goals in the club.

March Standard Personal Trainer Prep Course

Brick Bodies Fitness Academy (BBFA) offers comprehensive fitness education and certification courses taught by successful fitness professionals with decades of experience. 

The Standard Course is an 6-week Certification Prep course that utilizes the ACE Personal Training Manual 5th Edition and ACE Essentials of Exercise for Fitness Professionals, as well as hands on practical instruction, to help participants successfully pass the ACE CPT exam. Standard Course Plus- Complete Standard Course with the textbooks included, ACE Personal Training Manual 5th edition and ACE Essentials of Exercise for Fitness.
