What is GRIT?? GRIT is the 30 minute HIIT workout designed to transform your fitness and build speed, stamina, and strength.

Cycle 101

Cycle 101 continues through January! We’re offering refreshers and tutorials to help you get the most out your ride. Our experienced coaches will help with your set up, walk you through the console, and offer technique tips on how to make your ride more effective.

Time: 6:30-7:30pm

Qigong For Women’s Health Series

Wednesdays: January 29th – March 18th
Time: 6:00-7:00pm

Experience ways to ease the challenges of stage and age related hormonal cycles, breast and reproductive health, stress reduction,circulation, and improved sleep through various Qigong techniques.This class will incorporate moving as well as floor exercises, so mats are recommended.
