Coming soon… The Gauntlet is a fitness competition featuring 10 exercises that individuals must complete for time.
Participants will select a Team Captain, who will also run the course, and both the individuals and the Team Captain’s times are combined for a total score. The team with the fastest overall time wins. Exercises will include wall balls, sled push/pull, agility ladder, slam balls, kettlebell swings, push-ups, and more, testing strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
