    When you enter to take a group ex class you have made the most important choice. Give every class at least three tries, it might take a few times to get used to it and the basics steps. introduce yourself to the instructor before class and let him or him know that you are new and if you have any concerns. Have fun, in the end what matters is that you did something good for yourself just by making the choice to come to a class.
