Cancellation Request

After the initial term of your membership agreement has been fulfilled and if all payments due the club are current, you may cancel your membership by filling out the form below.

You will receive a copy of this cancellation request at the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email your request has not been properly submitted. Please contact your club immediately.

If the terms of your agreement are not met and if there is an outstanding balance on your account, you will be contacted by someone from the billing office and your membership will not be cancelled.

If you are still in the initial term of your agreement, you cannot cancel online. You must send your request via certified mail with all other necessary documents and payments to the following address:

Or you can go to the club and do the following:

  1. Submit proof, to the club’s satisfaction, that you have moved outside of a 15 mile radius from the club. This would include a BGE meter reading, a lease, mortgage, or a bill sent to your new residence.
  2. You must have your buyout fee along with any unpaid dues.

All requests must be received 15 days prior to the next billing date or another debit will be made as scheduled.

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL UNDER THE TERMS OF OUR 14 DAY COMFORT GUARANTEE, YOU CANNOT CANCEL ONLINE. YOU MUST SEND NOTICE VIA CERTIFIED LETTER, OR HAND-DELIVER NOTICE TO THE CLUB.
