8:30-9:15am Pigskin Pilates – Focus, endurance, and stamina are the focus of small movements to get ready for the big game.
5:30-6:25pm Athletic Intervals with LIVE DJ – Want to train like an athlete? Try this HIIT workout that will bring out your athletic potential no matter your fitness level, combining high intensity step intervals with high intensity athletic intervals.
6:00-6:45pm Red Zone Spin – Inside the red zone things heat up. Do you have what it takes to power through and score big?
6:00-7:00pm End Zone Zen Zone (Yoga) – Your reward for going the distance. You’ve gone the distance. You’ve gone for speed. Take the deep breath you’ve earned.
6:30-7:30pm Blitzes and Bombs Boxing – Speed, power, and agility form the basis of any training. Blitz and bomb your way through a conditioning focused boxing workout.
6:45-7:45pm Touchdown Dance Off (Zumba) – Scoring is only half the game. You better have your best moves ready to celebrate. Try your slickest moves out on our dance floor.
