Program of the Month – Yoga

Self-care is all the rage in the wellness arena. What better way to care for yourself than to focus on the mind-body connection through yoga. From restorative to power, we offer a variety of yoga depending on your experience, level, and mood.

Our latest addition is Yin Yoga at Rotunda, a passive, slow, and meditative yoga practice that includes a series of seated and supine postures utilizing props so muscles can relax, leading to stretch and lengthening of deeper connective joint tissues and fascia in the body. Are you a beginner? Try our Intro to Yoga series running at Padonia and Belvedere Square!

Brick Biking is an indoor cycling experience that incorporates resistance and speed changes to simulate an outdoor ride.

Qigong For Women’s Health Series

Wednesdays: January 29th – March 18th
Time: 6:00-7:00pm

Experience ways to ease the challenges of stage and age related hormonal cycles, breast and reproductive health, stress reduction, circulation, and improved sleep through various Qigong techniques.This class will incorporate moving as well as floor exercises, so mats are recommended.

Open Heart Yoga

Time: 5:15-6:15pm

Galentine’s Workout

Date: February 15th

Grab your favorite gal pals and join us for a special Galentine’s Workout. Enjoy mimosas, strawberries, and chocolate following your workout!

  • 60 minutes – Resistance Training
  • 30 minutes – Restorative Poses and Breathing Technique
