SoulBody Body is the perfect blend of HIIT and body weight training that will quickly strengthen and transform your body! SoulBody Power is a mindful 30-minute high-intensity cardio workout that combines Tabata and strength-training blocks to pump the heart and build a rock-solid core.

Boxing is Back!

Date: Beginning March 16th

Try our revamped boxing program designed to help each participant reach the next level of fitness! By focusing on intermediate to complex movements, intense strength and cardio intervals, participants will experience a pure boxing workout that provides great results.

Class Times

  • Saturdays 11:15am-12pm with Dawn
  • Tuesdays 6:30-7:15pm with Sue

Women EmPOWERed Barbell Club

with Kristin Landi, Certified Coach and Powerlifter

Ladies, improve your barbell strength and training technique with Kristin! Drop-in to a barbell technique class that will have a workout of the day featuring the main lifts. 

Interested in a more personal approach? Attend the class and get one-on-one pointers from Kristin on your deadlift, squat, or upper body strength movements.

Sessions:

  • Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm
  • Thursdays 9-10am
  • Saturdays 10-11am

Sprint 8

Maximum Results. Minimum Time. 

Sessions Begin: March 15th

Experience an effective, fat burning workout that includes 20 minutes of high intensity cardio and 20 minutes of strength training! Participants will train with a small group of 6 participants twice per week for 8-weeks.

Morning Sessions

  • Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30-8:15am with Pam
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30-10:15am with Kim
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-6:45am with Julie

First Step Program

First Step

Gain the skills and confidence you need to take on your wellness goals. First Step is a 5-week program with a certified personal trainer designed to motivate, educate and provide the accountability you need to build healthy fitness habits. In First Step you commit to an in-person, 30 minute training program that meets twice per week at Brick Bodies Padonia for five weeks. We are excited to offer this program for those who are new to exercise, or returning after a long layoff. First Step is also ideal for those rehabbing from injury or just looking for a new workout routine. First Step is available for members and non-members.
