Summer Sizzle Youth Fitness Camp

Ages 8-10

Camp Dates: June 21st – August 13th

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Time: 1:30-3:30pm

Location: Brick Bodies Padonia (Outdoors)

Camp Instructors: Clyde Crawford and Sabrina Bradford

Join Clyde and Sabrina for our Summer Sizzle Youth Fitness camp for ages 8-10 running June 21st-August 13th. This fun, action-packed afternoon session will encourage your child to move, learn about fitness and interact during their summer break! Summer Sizzle will feature:  

  • Safe fitness equipment education: (bands, jump ropes, agility ladders, small dumbbells, medicine balls, and more) 
  • Fun fitness workouts to challenge the heart, muscles and mind 
  • Fitness games for play and teamwork 
  • A safe, fun and welcoming social environment where youth can move, no matter their fitness level or interests. 
  • The program will help participants meet the CDC recommendation that all youth get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day

Feeling cooped up or stiff from Covid-19? Come join Leslie to focus on posture, balance, agility, flexibility and using your core to improve activities of daily living. Leslie has 30+ years of training experience and specializes in group instruction. Her areas of expertise involve a mixture of Pilates, Barre, Strength and Senior Fitness training.

  • Progress Assessments on upper and lower strength, stability and flexibility
  • Walking Assessment for cardiorespiratory improvement
  • Posture Assessment and exercises to improve posture
