Women EmPOWERed Barbell Club
with Kristin Landi, Certified Coach and Powerlifter
Ladies, improve your barbell strength and training technique with Kristin! Drop-in to a barbell technique class that will have a workout of the day featuring the main lifts.
Interested in a more personal approach? Attend the class and get one-on-one pointers from Kristin on your deadlift, squat, or upper body strength movements.
