Appetizer Round: movement prep featuring bodyweight exercises Entrée Round: strength circuit featuring kettlebells, dumbbells, and TRX Dessert Round: conditioning circuit featuring battle ropes, sleds, tires, and med balls.

Mondays and Thursdays | 9:30 – 10:30am
Take your fitness to a whole new level as your body conquers the forces of gravity.
Utilizing TRX suspension straps, to develop a strong core with a variety of upper, lower, core and cardio exercises. Join Leslie Cahill in Tone-RX to focus on isolating muscle groups, improving balance, and toning using principals from Pilates and Barre on the TRX to create the long, lean and strong body you’re looking for!
$15 for Drop-in / $12.50 for Class Pass ($125 for 10 Classes)

SoulBody LIIT brings interval training to everyone with low impact options. Combined with bodyweight strength training, this 30 minute class delivers! 6-week session runs through December 5th.
