May Sprint 8 Sessions

Maximum Results in Minimum Time

Sessions Begin: May 17th

Experience an effective, fat burning workout that includes 20-minutes of high intensity cardio and 20-minutes of strength training! Participants will train 2x per week for 8 week.

Morning Sessions

  • Monday and Wednesday from 9:30-10:15am with Kim
  • Tuesday and Friday from 7:15-8am with Pam

Evening Sessions

  • Tuesday and Thursday from 5-5:45pm with Shelby
  • Tuesday and Thursday (Outdoors) from 6:30-7:15pm with Julie
