5 Week Youth Program with Pam Monacelli

There is nothing more important for our youth today than social interaction and movement! Kids, on average, are spending 85% of their waking hours sitting and in front of screens.
At Brick Bodies, we believe exercise is medicine which is why we have designed Fit Lab, a 5-week program led by Pam Monacelli dedicated to keeping your child(ren) ages 11-14 moving.
Fit Lab will focus on the following:
- Providing a safe and fun environment for young teens ages 11-14 to move and interact
- Introducing and reinforcing basic human movement patterns
- Helping to meet CDC recommendation that all young people get at least 60 minutes of daily physical activity
- All fitness levels welcome!
First Step Program at Padonia
5 Weeks for $50
Gain the skills and confidence you need to take on your wellness goals. First Step is a 5-week program with a certified personal trainer designed to motivate, educate and provide the accountability you need to build healthy fitness habits.
The goals of the First Step program include positive changes to the following:
- Body composition (weight loss and/or muscle gain)
- Energy levels
- Stress management
- Foundational strength
- Club familiarity
- Improved confidence using pin-loaded strength and cardio equipment
- Motivation and education to further your wellness journey
We are excited to offer this program for those who are new to exercise, or those who have been away from it for a while and want to get back into a wellness routine.
