Summer Sizzle Youth Fitness Camp

Ages 8-10

Camp Dates: June 21st – August 13th

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Time: 1:30-3:30pm

Location: Brick Bodies Padonia (Outdoors)

Camp Instructors: Clyde Crawford and Sabrina Bradford

Join Clyde and Sabrina for our Summer Sizzle Youth Fitness camp for ages 8-10 running June 21st-August 13th. This fun, action-packed afternoon session will encourage your child to move, learn about fitness and interact during their summer break! Summer Sizzle will feature:  

  • Safe fitness equipment education: (bands, jump ropes, agility ladders, small dumbbells, medicine balls, and more) 
  • Fun fitness workouts to challenge the heart, muscles and mind 
  • Fitness games for play and teamwork 
  • A safe, fun and welcoming social environment where youth can move, no matter their fitness level or interests. 
  • The program will help participants meet the CDC recommendation that all youth get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day
