Little Bricks

Date Night in Little Bricks

Date: March 15th
Hours: 5:30 – 8:30pm

Drop your little ones into Little Bricks and enjoy 3 hours outside of the club. March’s Theme is green for St. Patrick’s Day. Pizza will be served. Spaces limited to 20 participants and online reservations are required by  Friday, March 14th.

$20 for the 1st child / $5 per additional child.

TRX Yoga Instructor Training at Brick Bodies Rotunda

Virtusense Screening with MedStar Health

Join us at BB Padonia on March 25th from 4:00-6:00pm for a Virtusense screening from the MedStar Health Team! Virtusense is a 3D motion analysis system used to administer evidence-based gait and balance tests.

Knee Injuries and Rehabilitation presented by Dr. Richard Levine and Rebecca Schumer, PT

Date: March 28th

This Seminar will review general knee injuries incurred by the active population and various treatment options for these conditions. the seminar will also have a general overview of the important aspects of rehabilitation of various knee conditions and how to optimize movements to reduce risk of injury in the knees.

Brick Bodies Fitness Academy (BBFA) offers comprehensive fitness education and certification courses taught by successful fitness professionals with decades of experience. 

The Standard Course is a Certification Prep course that utilizes the ACE Personal Training Manual 5th Edition and ACE Essentials of Exercise for Fitness Professionals, as well as hands on practical instruction, to help participants successfully pass the ACE CPT exam. Standard Course Plus- Complete Standard Course with the textbooks included, ACE Personal Training Manual 5th edition and ACE Essentials of Exercise for Fitness.
