Cycle Studio Renovation
We are excited to announce a major renovation to Studio One!
Renovations on the Cycle Studio begin October 27th. We will begin renovating the Cycle Studio starting in the afternoon on Sunday, October 27th. All cycle classes will be relocated to the Basketball Court starting October 27th for approximately one month during renovations. The Basketball Court will be closed to players starting October 25th.

Friday Night Pink Party
Join us for our Friday Night Pink Party featuring special guest instructor Marili Mejias, Lydia Haskell, Franchesca Gomez, Brian Rice and Chelsea Lane!
Arrive at 5:30pm for happy hour, then shake what your momma gave you starting at 6pm, all for a good cause. A bit of Zumba, SH’BAM®, World of Dance U-Jam? You’ll just have to show up and let loose!

ACE Group Fitness Instructor Course
When: Saturdays 9:00-12:00pm
Length of Program: 5 Weeks
This course will utilize the ACE GFI Handbook 2018, break down key fitness concepts, and discuss various Group Fitness principles and protocols. The course is designed to help you pass your GFI exam and hit the ground running on your path to becoming a successful Group Fitness Instructor!
