We will be launching Les Mills GRIT® on Janaury 22nd at all clubs!

What is GRIT?? GRIT is the 30 minute HIIT workout designed to transform your fitness and build speed, stamina, and strength.

Cycle 101

Cycle 101 continues through January! We’re offering refreshers and tutorials to help you get the most out your ride. Our experienced coaches will help with your set up, walk you through the console, and offer technique tips on how to make your ride more effective.

Little Bricks

Time: 5:00-9:00pm

Parents, are you looking to have a little time for yourselves to relax or run some errands while making sure your kids have a great time? Look no further, Little Bricks has you covered!

Join us for a Toy Story 4 Date Night on Friday, January 17th from 5-9pm. We’ll watch the movie Toy Story 4, then make our own “Forky” craft. Pizza and goldfish will be served. Advance registration and payment required.  

$20 per child / $5 for each additional child

NASM Personal Trainer Course

Brick Bodies Fitness Academy (BBFA) offers comprehensive fitness education and certification courses taught by successful fitness professionals with decades of experience.

This Certification Prep Course combines classroom review, hands-on learning and online modules to help participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and apply the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model and to pass the NASM CPT exam.

Group Fitness Instructor Course

Starts: February 8, 2020

Brick Bodies Fitness Academy (BBFA) offers comprehensive fitness education and certification courses taught by successful fitness professionals with decades of experience.

This course will utilize the ACE GFI Handbook 2018, break down key fitness concepts, and discuss various Group Fitness principles and protocols. The course is designed to help you pass your GFI exam and hit the ground running on your path to becoming a successful Group Fitness Instructor!
