Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout that combines strength, intensity, cardio, and hand weights with the mental and emotional focus of a traditional yoga practice.

Common Swimming Injuries and Injury Reduction Tips

Swimming is a relatively low impact sport, but our sports repetitive movements can often lead to nagging injuries. Jeremy will review some common injuries as well as, prevention techniques and exercises to decrease the chance for injury.
