Whacky Weight Wednesday

Do you want to take your effort to the max? Join Jeanne-Michele for BODYPUMP® at noon on Wednesday, March 20th for 30-minutes of effort focused on upper body strength. Follow it up by smashing your legs and taking your heart rate to the max in SPRINT at 12:35pm.

Freaky Friday

Date: March 22nd
Time: 12:00-1:05pm

Did someone say Leg Day??? Today’s BODYPUMP® and SPRINT workouts will be focused on lower body strength. BODYPUMP® at noon is all about the base, no treble. Blast your glutes, quads, and posterior chain and then see if you can hang tight for SPRING at 12:35pm a HIIT style cardio.You’ll want to take advantage of the training principle of rest in this SPRINT class. 

Battle of the Birthdays Brick Biking

Date: March 27th from 6:30-7:15pm

Inspired by musicians and popular performers who celebrate their birthday in March! Join Elizabeth G. in Brick Biking on Wednesday, March 27th, and Saturday, March 30th for a killer workout and enjoy tunes by some of your favorite musical artists, writers, and lyricists.

Tabata on the Turf with Jen

Date: Monday & Wedesday
Time: 6:00-7:00pm

Join us on the turf for this Tabata style bootcamp class that will be sure to leave you feeling lean and mean! Take on the challenge of 10 different stations and feel the burn as you conquer this full body workout. Join us on Monday for Supersets, Wednesday for Hypertrophy, and Saturday for a Power focus! You’ll be facing the sleds, battle ropes, self-powered treadmill, medicine balls, kettle bells and more in this high energy, challenge-filled bootcamp!

Knee Injuries and Rehabilitation presented by Dr. Richard Levine and Rebecca Schumer, PT

This Seminar will review general knee injuries incurred by the active population and various treatment options for these conditions. the seminar will also have a general overview of the important aspects of rehabilitation of various knee conditions and how to optimize movements to reduce risk of injury in the knees.

Brick Bodies Fitness Academy (BBFA) offers comprehensive fitness education and certification courses taught by successful fitness professionals with decades of experience. 

The Standard Course is a Certification Prep course that utilizes the ACE Personal Training Manual 5th Edition and ACE Essentials of Exercise for Fitness Professionals, as well as hands on practical instruction, to help participants successfully pass the ACE CPT exam. Standard Course Plus- Complete Standard Course with the textbooks included, ACE Personal Training Manual 5th edition and ACE Essentials of Exercise for Fitness.
