What To Expect
Maximum results in minimum time. Sprint 8 is an eight week program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals! A group of eight participants will meet two times a week for 40-minute sessions with a certified Personal Trainer.
Each session will incorporate 16-minutes of cardio followed by 22-minutes of weight training. The cardio will consist of eight repetitive segments with 30-seconds of maximum output followed by 90-seconds of recovery. The weight training will utilize human growth hormone (HGH) produced in the cardio portion to maximize your results.
This combination safely provides the most fat loss and muscle gain!
Build Your Community
Sprint 8 is a small group training program that has eight participants per session! This group will create accountability and support while you push yourself to give your all. The certified Personal Trainer leading your group will keep it safe and ensure you are taking advantage of your time to maximize your results!
