Personal Training Session Details

Participants will work out with a certified Personal Trainer three times a week for twelve weeks. Each program will focus on mobility, resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, and nutritional guidance.

To track your progress, we will preform an InBody, body composition assessment every 4 weeks during the challenge.
