We’re here to get you started on the right track! Here’s everything you need to know – from what to wear, to what to pack – before you get to the club.
Whether you are working out in one of our high energy classes or training on the gym floor, it’s important to stay hydrated. Water is available at each location – bring a reusable bottle to fill up or purchase Defiance Fuel at the service desk.
What to Wear
Sport your favorite workout gear: shorts or leggings with a tank or t-shirt. Proper athletic shoes required; no boots and no open-toe shoes.
To help prevent the spread of COVID -19, we ask that you do not workout today if you answer “yes” to any of the following prior to coming to the club:
- Have you had any close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat that is not directly related to seasonal allergies?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
Members are required to always wear face coverings in the club when not actively engaged in vigorous exercise. This includes when you enter or exit the club, when you interact with others, and when you are walking about the club. To learn view the full Brick Bodies Mask Policy, click HERE.
Dedicated High Risk Hour
We have set aside special hours for our vulnerable or at-risk members after the daily cleaning intermission. Everyday from 2:30-3:30pm will be reserved for our high-risk population.
All clubs and pools will be closed each day from 1:30-2:30pm for disinfecting and cleaning of high traffic areas.
Group Exercise Classes
Modified Schedules and Capacity: Classes will operate on a modified schedule and with capacity limitations to keep you safe. Reservations are required for group exercise classes; click HERE to reserve your spot.
Some Accessories No Longer Available: For health and safety, some items such as mats, yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters have been removed from fitness studios. Members are welcome to bring their own equipment during this time.
The Brick Bodies Padonia and Reisterstown lap and therapy pools are open. The pools are available for lap swimming, classes and therapy. Due to physical distancing limitations, we will not be offering swim lessons until we feel that it is safe to do so.
