How to Prepare for the Gym
Whether you are working out in one of our high energy classes or training on the gym floor, it’s important to stay hydrated. Water is available at each location – bring a reusable bottle to fill up or purchase Defiance Fuel at the service desk.
What to Wear
Sport your favorite workout gear: shorts or leggings with a breathable or dry-fit tank or t-shirt. Proper athletic shoes required; no boots and no open-toe shoes. If you plan to take a biking class, you are welcome to bring spin shoes that click into the pedals.
To help prevent the spread of COVID -19, we ask that you do not workout today if you answer “yes” to any of the following questions prior to coming to the club:
- Have you had any close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat that is not directly related to seasonal allergies?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
The Brick Bodies Padonia and Reisterstown lap and therapy pools are open. The pools are available for lap swimming, classes and therapy. Due to government mandate, the whirlpool and steam room are temporarily unavailable.

Group Exercise Classes
Modified Schedules and Capacity: Classes will operate on a modified schedule and with capacity limitations to keep you safe. Reservations are required for indoor and outdoor group exercise classes; click HERE to reserve your spot.
First time reserving a class? No problem! Click HERE and create your Mind Body account. You will use this account to save your spot in group exercise and team training classes.
Outdoor Classes: We’re now offering some of our most popular classes outside at Brick Bodies Padonia and Brick Bodies Rotunda! Classes vary per location including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Cycle, and BODYPUMP® taught by our amazing instructors.
Some Accessories No Longer Available: For health and safety, some items such as mats, yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters have been removed from fitness studios. Members are welcome to bring their own equipment during this time.
Little Bricks provides a safe, interactive environment for young ones under the supervision of our staff. We are happy to announce that Brick Bodies Padonia Little Bricks is now open!

- Mats, Yoga Blocks, Blankets, and Bolsters
- Whirlpool and Steam Room
- Water Fountains: For health precautions, drinking fountains will not be available. Only the bottle filling station will be available, so please bring your own water bottle
