Included in Your 5-Week Behavior Change Program

  • 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching session weekly for 5 weeks (virtual or in-person) 
  • Personality and Character Strengths Assessments with self-practice

What is Behavior Change Coaching?

Behavior Change coaching is a guided 5-week program to help you gain the education and skills needed to make positive changes to the behaviors in your life that may be limiting you from reaching your personal, wellness and/or fitness goals. At Brick Bodies, our Behavior Change programming focus on three major themes: 

  • Solution-Based Coaching  
  • Collaborative Coaching 
  • Strengths-Based Approach 
What topics will be covered in Behavior Change coaching?
  • Establishing a baseline: what behaviors need changed?
  • Strengths-based survey to understand your strengths and how to use them

Where is this program available?

This program is available both in club and virtually via Zoom.

Who will be my Behavior Change Coach?

You will be placed with a Brick Bodies Certified Personal Trainer who is also a Behavior Change Specialist certified through a nationally accredited certifying agency. 

Will I receive nutrition guidance?

Behavior change can influence nutrition based education and guidance- your coach will work with you specifically on the behaviors you’d like to change- if those are nutrition-based behaviors, you may want to consider also doing our Nutrition Coaching program

What results can I expect from the program?

The goals of the program include positive changes to the following:  

  • Negative behaviors that are preventing you from reaching your goals 
  • Negative self-talk 
  • Overcoming roadblocks 
  • Understanding your personality, strengths and values and how those impact your behaviors 
  • Skills for overcoming temptation 
  • Tools for tracking progress 
  • Skills for self-monitoring 
  • Tips and tricks for building daily habits that lead to behavior change 
What happens if I can’t make it to a session?

You will communicate directly with your coach and will reschedule your missed session as soon as possible. The program, once purchased, will have an expiration date of 60 days, allowing for three weeks to be available to make up any missed sessions.  

Who can benefit from Behavior Change Coaching?

Behavior Change Coaching is a program that is intended to help you to overcome those plateaus in your behaviors that are preventing you from hitting the next level of your wellness and/or fitness goals. If you have negative habits or behaviors that are holding you back, Behavior Change Coaching is for you. If you need to develop new positive habits, Behavior Change Coaching is for you. If you want to get to know your personality, your values and your strengths to better understand how to utilize them to live your best life- Behavior Change Coaching is for you!
