What To Expect

Our 5-week Nutrition Coaching Program (offered both virtually and in-person) provides you with foundational knowledge, motivation and confidence, while our weekly/monthly check-ins provide long-term accountability to keep you moving towards your goals.  

  • Establishing a baseline – where are your nutrition habits now? 
  • SMART (specific/ measurable/ achievable/ relevant/ time-bound) goal setting 
  • Progress tracking 
  • Understanding past efforts – what worked? what hasn’t? Why?  
  • Identifying your food environment 
  • Macronutrient Education (carbs, proteins and fats) 
  • Establishing caloric goals 
  • Structuring meals 
  • Real world navigation skills for a healthier you

Where is this program available?

This program will be available both in club and virtually via Zoom. 

Who will be my Nutrition Coach?

You will be placed with a Brick Bodies Certified Personal Trainer who is also a Certified Nutrition Coach through a nationally accredited certifying agency.  

Will I receive a meal plan?

Our certified nutrition coaches are not dietitians. They can provide education, guidance and advice, but cannot write a meal plan for you. 

What is the InBody Body Composition Scanner?

InBody is a non-invasive body composition scanner. The test takes less than 30–seconds and simply requires you to stand on a machine! To try a virtual experience to know what to expect from your InBody test, click here.

What results can I expect from the program?

The goals of the program include positive changes to the following:  

  • Body composition (weight loss and/or muscle gain)  
  • Energy levels  
  • Nutrition education 
  • Skills for building better nutritional habits 
  • Tools for managing nutrition focused behavior challenges 
  • Tools for tracking nutrition 

What happens if I can’t make it to a session?

You will communicate directly with your nutrition coach and will reschedule your missed session as soon as possible. The program, once purchased, will have an expiration date of 60 days, allowing for three weeks to be available to make up any missed sessions.

Nutrition Coaching is a program that is intended to help you gain confidence in your nutrition habits to make positive changes to assist you in reaching your wellness and fitness goals. Anyone who needs guidance getting started with building better nutrition habits, looking to learn more about their nutrition and how it can impact their body or who just need some additional accountability from a nutrition perspective can benefit from this program!
