Today you will learn how you to do a ball slam properly! Now, a ball slam is a good way to develop power through your upper body and your lower body.
So what you will be going to do is approaching the ball, pushing your feet about shoulder-width apart, with your feet out slightly. You’re going to drop your hips straight down; bicep curls the ball to your collarbone. You’re going to stand straight up and slam the ball. Next, you’re going to make sure you’re keeping your head and your chest up, so that when you are coming up you don’t fall forward and put all the pressure on your lower back.
