- Memorial Day Brick Boxing
Throw on your hand wraps, your boxing gloves, hit the heavy bag, punch hand mits, kick the thai bags and release all of life’s stress. This sweat pouring, full body workout is just what you need. Using speed, agility and power, the Brick Boxing class combines the punches, upper cuts, and hooks of boxing with various powerful kicks used in martial arts. In addition, the class will add agility movements such as shuffling, quick feet and backpedal drills in a circuit workout. At the end of each workout we add in the battling ropes to add a little bit more cardio and strength training.
