Qigong Specialty Class with Sarah Karp

Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that blends movement, breath, and intention to promote optimum health and wellness. It’s also been referred to as “energy yoga.”

There are thousands of styles of qigong – tai chi is the most well-known. Sarah will lead various practices throughout the series. To support your wellness journey, each flow will end with self-guided acupressure.

Intro to Boxing with Joaquin Muriel

Learn the basics to feel confident stepping into any boxing class on our schedule and get a chance to meet some of our coaches.

Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, stress release, or just feeling like you have conquered the world, take the first step and join this beginner series. It is recommended to bring gloves, but we do have a few pair to loan.


Yoga for Beginners & Vinyasa-Hatha Flow Yoga

Yoga for Beginners | Wednesdays 4:30pm

Whether you are curious about yoga and don’t know where to start or have started and stopped several times, find your way back to your mat and take the space for self care that your mind and body need to reset. Work at a slower pace to master the fundamentals of a basic yoga practice before branching out into our other yoga classes. Comfortable, athletic attire is recommended.

Vinyasa-Hatha Flow Yoga | Wednesdays 6:30pm

This Yoga class is a Vinyasa flow with some periodic/occasional Hatha blend/poses. A combination of movements assists with lengthening the body while strengthening/toning various muscle groups. Emphasis on breath integration helps support cardiovascular capacity. Whether you are looking to unwind and balance your cardio and strength work with a different type of movement or are a seasoned yogi, this class will complement your wellness routine


Bounce and Burn featuring Kangoo Jumps

Thai Bodywork at Padonia & Reisterstown

Thai bodywork, or Thai massage, is the ancient healing practice of fusing acupressure and yoga to heal and soothe the body. The combination of stretching, movement, and pressure distinguishes Thai bodywork from other styles. Another trait unique to Thai bodywork, is that it is typically performed on the floor or a Thai mat- this allows the practitioner more leverage when going through mobility sequences. The recipient is fully clothed throughout the session.
