Swim 500 Meters | Ride 10 Miles | Run 2 Miles

April 22 | Waves of Participants: 7:30am, 8am, 8:30am, 9am
Looking for some training motivation? Join us for Brick Bodies Indoor Triathlon at Brick Bodies Padonia on April 22.
Swim 500 yards in our lap pool, ride 10 miles on our Matrix bikes and finish with a 2 mile run on our treadmills.
All participants receive an event t-shirt and water bottle.

Learn the basics of movement and weightlifting to get stronger, move better, be healthier, and have more confidence in the gym.Barbell and Beyond is a full-body, women’s specific weightlifting program that will help you execute and linearly progress barbell lifts, including thes quat, bench, deadlift, and row, as well as other free-weight exercises.
This program is recommended for beginner through intermediate female weightlifters with no existing injuries or limitations that would prevent them from engaging in a comprehensive exercise program.Get the most out of your weightlifting program while finding a community of support by training twice a week for eight weeks with other female lifters.
