Inferno

A high intensity interval class with team and circuit style exercises combined with plyometrics, strength, core and cardio moves to increase your calorie burn, rev up your metabolism to make your body into a raging INFERNO! Suitable for moderate to advanced fitness levels. Lets get those bodies into a fat burning zone and keep them there well after our workout!

Actively Aging

Actively Aging is a class that combines the rehabilitative principles of physical therapy with circuit based resistance training to improve activities of daily living and overall quality of life. Through the use of a progressive, full-body program we can slow and reverse age-based declines in bone density, muscle mass and balance. If you are looking for a safe, fun, challenging and supportive environment to get back to how you used to feel then this is the class for you!

Core 4

Core 4 is a 45-minute fresh, motivating exercise experience that delivers results you can see. Only Core 4 combines best-in-class training tools with exciting workouts to help you improve cardiovascular fitness, power, strength and endurance in a way that is right for your body and abilities. Whether you are striving to shed a few pounds, enhance performance or improve overall fitness, Core 4 will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie and challenging progressive workouts.

Balance & Stability

Everybody needs a little balance in their life! This class will help you accomplish the mobility, strength and stability you need for a balanced, healthy body- improving your performance during your activities of daily living.
