Available in the Recover Lounge at Brick Bodies Padonia gym in Timonium, our leg compression utilizes Therabody’s latest technology to boost recovery and improve circulation and healing.
During your treatment, you’ll rest in a zero gravity Therasound Lounger and have access to Therabody SmartGoggles. These multi-sensory chairs and goggles induce a sense of deep relaxation using a combination of sound and vibration therapy to help lower your resting heart rate.
