CHANGING THE APPROACH

Brick Bodies’ purpose is to help people change their lives for the better, and that includes mental wellness.

While improving and maintaining our physical fitness is key to taking care of our bodies, it is also a major component of caring for our mental wellness.

The John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation also understands mental health is more than caring for the brain, and instead requires a full mind-body-spirit approach.
