At its core, recovery supports blood flow, the elimination of metabolic waste (such as lactic acid), reduces soreness and helps prevent injury.

RECOVER exists to promote recovery of your mind and body from stress and exertion. At its core, recovery helps you feel better faster; it supports blood flow, the elimination of metabolic waste (such as lactic acid), reduces soreness and helps prevent injury.

Use of Recovery services requires purchase of a separate Recover membership. You also have the option to purchase packages or pay-per-use sessions.

Children ages 12 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Must be 18 years of age for independent use.

Introductory Recover hours are 8am-9pm Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Infrared saunas penetrate the skin and soft tissue – gently heating the body from the inside-out. On the other hand, a regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn, heats your body from the outside-in. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you which creates a detoxifying, relaxing sweat at a more comfortable temperature than a traditional sauna.

If you have never used an infrared sauna before, it is recommended to build your sessions up slowly and listen to your body. Start off with a 15-minute session and build up in 5–10-minute increments until you reach 30-45 minutes. Be sure to stay hydrated, and drink plenty of water before, during and after each session.

Sauna temperatures range from 115-140F. Never turn the temperature gauge down, if you get too hot simply open the door and allow the cooler air to enter, this way the heaters remain on, and you are still getting the benefits of the infrared wavelengths.

You can gain great benefits from using the infrared saunas once or twice a week, but three to four times a week will produce the most benefits. You can use Infrared Saunas by booking an appointment or drop-in if available.

Suites 1, 3 and 4 feature the Sanctuary 2 Model, which is very spacious for one person but can accommodate two people who are comfortable sitting right next to each other. Suite 2 features the Sanctuary Retreat Model, which is very spacious for two people and is also ADA compliant.

When booking two people for the same sauna suite, each member will need to pay a full session price.

While you can enjoy using compression boots or CryoLounge before or after a workout, it is ideal to use them to help recover faster after a workout. Compression and CryoLounges help to reduce delayed onset muscle soreness, decrease swelling and stiffness and improve circulation.

Normal athletic wear when you use any of the features in the Recover lounge. We do request that you clean the Compression and CyroLounge equipment upon completion of your session with provided disinfectant wipes.

To receive the maximum benefit from your infrared sauna session, you should wear provided towels or comfortable loose-fitting athletic clothing during and after the sauna session.

Shoes are prohibited inside the sauna.

Vitamin C infused showers reduce the chlorine in water by 99% and help rejuvenate your hair and skin after an Infrared Sauna session.

Yes, we disinfect the equipment before each use, we also ask Recover members to clean the equipment after their sessions.

We do request you remove your make-up prior to using the Smartgoggles. However, if this is an inconvenience, you will need to place a tissue between your eyes and the goggles to prevent getting make-up on the Smartgoggles.

No, for the time being the Recover lounge is only located at Brick Bodies Padonia.

No food or beverages, other than water, are permitted
Oils of any kind are prohibited
Shoes are prohibited in the infrared saunas
Do not stand or walk in the compression boots
Do not turn off the sauna- open the sauna door to lower the temp, this ensures you’ll receive optimal infrared benefits for your entire session
