Yes, foam rolling can be accomplished on your own, without the help of a trainer or workout partner. While foam rolling may seem simple, there are complexities in performing it correctly that need to be learned. Our goal following this session is that you feel confident foam rolling on your own.
Foam rolling can be extremely beneficial for your muscles and other tissues, but it is important to do it safely and properly to ensure the best results and avoid injury. The position of the foam roller, the strategy of application, the time spent on the foam roller and the muscles you choose to roll should all be specific to the user’s needs.

No, at Brick Bodies, we provide foam rollers in the club for our members. If you have one at home that you’d like to learn to use, you are welcome to bring it to the session.
Foam rolling is done on the ground. You don’t need a towel or mat, but you can bring one for comfort if you choose.
