Utilizing the TRX suspension straps, you will develop a hard core with a variety of upper and lower core and cardio exercises! Join us for our Fusion and Total Body Blast TRX classes to partner the straps with other equipment like dumbbells, kettle bells and medicine balls for a complete workout.

Pilates Reformer

Our Pilates equipment classes give you the total body workout you’ve been craving. Our Reformer machines are equipped with springs which offer assistance and/or resistance as you strengthen your core, upper, and lower body. Brick Bodies Padonia Reformer classes will be held at Brick Bodies Corporate Headquarters (212 W. Padonia Rd across the street from BB Padonia)

Women’s Classes

Join us for Women EmPOWERed or Women Lifting Women for women-exclusive classes aimed at increasing strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance. These high energy class are great for the free-weight beginner to the more advanced lifters who want to burn lots of calories, reduce fat, and build foundational strength, in a supportive group of other strong women!
