Looking for something to better suit your wellness goals than the traditional happy hour? Check out our Happy Hour Workout Series, featuring a different class the second Friday of each month at Reisterstown. Members from all clubs are welcome, guests are encouraged!
Join Jen Silcott in this Buddy Bootcamp to work through stations of cardio and strength work with a partner. If you bring a friend, they can be your buddy; if not, we will make sure you are partnered up with someone!
