This FREE 60-minute Core & Flexibility Team Training class is designed to help sculpt your core and lengthen your muscles. Get started from the inside out with the first 30-minutes focusing on core strength, training abs, obliques, back and glutes. Then finishing off with a deep full body stretch to increase flexibility.
