Are you looking for advice on how to exercise safely post-injury, or maybe just a couple tips on how to prevent an injury? Here’s your chance to talk with a certified professional from MedStar Health- for free!
The goal of the injury screen is twofold:
- If you have a current lingering injury that you’re not sure what to do about, this is a great opportunity to ask a professional about it for next steps.
- You’re not injured, but wish to have a screening done with a Physical Therapist who can identify any potential risk factors or limitations before they become a bigger problem.
The screen is a quick assessment, catered to your individual questions and concerns, no appointment necessary. Plus, feel free to ask any questions regarding your physical health as well.
