Looking for something to better suit your wellness goals than the traditional happy hour? Check out our Happy Hour Workout Series, featuring a different class the third Friday of each month at Rotunda. Members from all clubs are welcome, guests are encouraged!

Ease into your weekend with Karen on the mat, where you’ll gently nurture your mind and body through a practice that blends calming movement, mindful breath, and deep relaxation. No yoga experience needed—just come as you are.

Feel free to bring a friend or come solo and leave with a few new buddies by the end. It’s a little bit workout, a little bit social, a whole lot of fun and a great way to head into the weekend!

Can’t make it? Join us for Happy Hours at all our locations on the first three Fridays of each month at 5:30pm! Next Rotunda Healthy Happy Hour is May 16th, Mat Pilates Party with Danielle Jones!
