This May, we are offering a unique group personal training experience that blends intentional movement with science-backed strength training principles to build not only physical strength, but also a deeper mind-body connection.

Join us for this mindful strength training class designed to enhance muscular control, improve stability, and foster a heightened awareness of how the body moves and responds. Our Mental Well-being Certified trainers will emphasize controlled eccentric movement allowing participants to slow down, be present in every phase of the lift and train with purpose.
