Start the summer off treating yourself to Yin Yoga. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mental and physical sensations of your body. By holding poses for a longer period of time, those rarely-used tissues are stretched and lengthened while also connecting with breath and sitting with inner thoughts.
