Facing the Unknown: Inversions 101
Standing on our hands (or heads) brings a child-like joy and exhilaration to our practice and clears our mental clutter. By consciously choosing unfamiliar yoga poses, we learn to stay relaxed in the face of the unknown. Let’s playfully explore handstand variations, take incremental steps toward shoulderstand, and learn how to do a supported headstand.
Prerequisite: regular yoga practice and no neck or shoulder injuries.
