Will I still be billed if I am not comfortable in my child(ren) returning to Little Bricks?

Billing for Childcare resumed on 11/13/2020. If you would like to opt out of Childcare, please click HERE

Will Little Bricks have modified hours during the initial reopening phase?

Padonia Little Bricks:

Morning Sessions

  • Monday – Friday: 8:25am – 11:25am
  • Saturday: 7:55am-12:55pm
  • Sunday : 8:55am – 11:55am

Evening Sessions

  • Monday-Thursday: 4:25-7:25pm

Can my infant come in when Little Bricks reopens?

We are now accepting children 12-months and older. We hope to welcome younger children when we are confident it is safe to do so

Will children be required to wear facial coverings while in Little Bricks?

We will be following the Covid Guidance for Child Care Facilities issued by the Maryland Department of Health and Maryland State Department of Education.

Children age 5 years and above who can wear a cloth face covering safely and consistently must wear a cloth face covering while in Little Bricks. It is encouraged that children less than 5 years of age who can wear a cloth face covering safely and consistently also wear a cloth face covering. Cloth face coverings should not be worn by children under the age of 2 years and anyone who has trouble breathing, or otherwise unable to remove a face covering without assistance.  

What are you doing to ensure my child’s safety?

The health and safety of your children are of our utmost concern and priority. We will be following all guidance laid out by the Maryland Department of Health, Maryland State Department of Education and CDC recommendations. We have modified our drop off and pick up procedures to limit contact between members and children.

We have implemented screening procedures upon arrival including additional questions and a temperature check for children. We have limited our capacity to ensure an adequate ratio of employees and children. Tables, chairs and toys will be spaced for proper distancing, and children will be encouraged to play individuallyWe are using hospital grade cleaning products and intensifying our cleaning and disinfection efforts.  

What additional screening procedures will be in place for children using Little Bricks?

Children will be asked the following Symptom Screening Questions in addition to receiving a temperature check upon entry: 

  • Since last in the club, has your child had any of the following symptoms? Cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, new loss of taste or smell, fever of 100.4 or higher, chills or shaking chills, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, congestion or runny nose? 
  • Since last in the club, is your child waiting for a COVID-19 test result, been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been instructed by any health care provider or the health department to isolate or quarantine? 
  • In the last 14 days, has your child had close contact (within 6 ft for at least 15 mins) with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or suspected of having COVID-19? 

What physical distancing strategies are in place?

Tables will be spaced for proper distancing. Chairs will be placed one on each side so that 2 children are seated per table opposite of each other. Team Members will continuously engage children and activities will be in place to help make physically distancing fun! 

Can my child bring in a blanket or a toy they are attached to?

At this time, we are not allowing any soft porous toys since they cannot be disinfected properlyAll personal belongings should be placed in a cubby. Except one hard “special toy” which will be disinfected before entering. 

Can my child bring snacks or a drink to Little Bricks?

During our initial reopening phase, we will not be allowing snacks to be eaten in Little Bricks to reduce the spread of germsWe will resume allowing snacks once it is safe to do soChildren should bring their own pre-filled water bottle labeled with their name. 

Will Date Nights resume when Little Bricks reopens?

We will not be holding date nights due to capacity restrictions and CDC recommendations 

Can my child complete virtual school in Little Bricks?

Children may bring their own personal devices and complete homework assignments in Little Bricks. Although it is not recommended to bring school aged children into Little Bricks during school hours when synchronous work is scheduled. Brick Bodies Team Members are not responsible for Virtual schooling or homework completed in Little Bricks. 

Are there any amenities in Little Bricks that won't be available during the initial reopening phase?

Yes, all soft/ porous material objects will be removed from Little Bricks. This includes but not limited to; baby swing, jumper, walker, dress up clothes, books & stuffed animals. The health and safety of your children is our utmost priority. We will phase in these amenities when it is safe to do so.
