Join us the first 3 Fridays of the month to unwind from the week, welcome the weekend, and try a different type of movement than you might normally do! Bring a friend and make a fun time of it!
Padonia | Friday, March 6th | Yoga FUNdamentals with Cassie Paton | Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned regular, get back to the basics and find the FUN in yoga again! Use this practice to refocus on form, alignment, and breath as you recenter before heading into the weekend.
Reisterstown | Friday, March 13th | Yoga Sculpt with Cindy Morrison | Get your weekend glow on with this sculpt flow combining traditional yoga with light weights, increased repetitions, and focused core work for a full body-sculpt shine. We will increase strength and flexibility to upbeat music and increase our metabolism.
Rotunda | Friday, March 20th | Mat Pilates/Yoga Fusion with Maura Guedouar | Mat Pilates/Yoga Fusion– Take the best of the worlds of Mat Pilates and Yoga and fuse them together for this practice designed to increase your awareness of your core, breath, and alignment and lead you toward a focused and calmed weekend mood.

Small Group Training with Josh Buchbinder
Wednesdays at 6pm | the Yard | $25 per class
Looking to move better, get stronger, and learn something new? Join Personal Trainer Josh Buchbinder for a 45-minute small group training session that breaks the mold of traditional workouts.
Each week, you’ll explore functional strength movements like Turkish getups, pistol squats, club swings, handstands, and more — designed to challenge your coordination, balance, and full-body strength.
Whether you’re brand new to these skills or ready to level up your training, this class meets you where you are. Josh provides expert coaching and personalized modifications, so all fitness levels are welcome.

Saturdays | 8AM | with Alexandria Hopkins | Team Training Area | $15 Per Class | Package Options Available
Join Alexandria for a full body exercise experience! In a 45-minute session, you’ll engage in four rounds focusing on the four core fitness elements: strength, endurance, power, and cardio. Regardless of your fitness level, everyone is welcome to participate in this exciting fitness experience!

Reisterstown Small Group Training with Jaquan Griffin
Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 5:30pm | Fridays at 8am | $25
Join us in the boxing studio for a NEW small group training class that targets your core and improves your conditioning!
This HIIT workout combines the fundamentals of mixed martial arts, incorporating light kettle bells, battle ropes and the bag for a tough and rewarding workout.
This class is designed for moderate to advanced fitness levels, but all are welcome.
