Specialty 5 Week Workshop Series

Anytime, Anywhere Meditation with Rebecca Printen

Wednesdays | January 28 – February 25 | 6:00–7:30pm

Anytime, Anywhere Meditation is a practical and approachable introduction to meditation. Whether you are brand new or returning to your practice, this series is designed to help you build skills you can use in everyday life.

Over five weeks, you will learn how to:

  • Meditate anytime, anywhere, under any circumstance
  • Confidently incorporate meditation into your daily routine
  • Begin building a consistent meditation habit
  • Apply meditation techniques to real-life situations

Participants will have direct connection with instructor Rebecca Printen throughout the series, along with access to the Anytime, Anywhere Meditation app to support and reinforce weekly lessons.

Small Group Training with Josh Buchbinder

Wednesdays at 6pm | the Yard | $25 per class

Looking to move better, get stronger, and learn something new? Join Personal Training Director Josh Buchbinder for a 45-minute small group training session that breaks the mold of traditional workouts.

Each week, you’ll explore functional strength movements like Turkish getups, pistol squats, club swings, handstands, and more — designed to challenge your coordination, balance, and full-body strength.

Whether you’re brand new to these skills or ready to level up your training, this class meets you where you are. Josh provides expert coaching and personalized modifications, so all fitness levels are welcome.

Train with purpose, move with intention, and have a little fun along the way.


CORE 4 at Rotunda

Saturdays | 8AM | with Alexandria Hopkins | Team Training Area | $15 Per Class | Package Options Available

Join Alexandria for a full body exercise experience! In a 45-minute session, you’ll engage in four rounds focusing on the four core fitness elements: strength, endurance, power, and cardio. Regardless of your fitness level, everyone is welcome to participate in this exciting fitness experience!


Reisterstown Small Group Training with Jaquan Griffin
Tuesdays & Wednesdays at 5:30pm | Fridays at 8am | $25

Join us in the boxing studio for a NEW small group training class that targets your core and improves your conditioning!

This HIIT workout combines the fundamentals of mixed martial arts, incorporating light kettle bells, battle ropes and the bag for a tough and rewarding workout.

This class is designed for moderate to advanced fitness levels, but all are welcome.
