Rock your 4th of July with this Free 60-Minute lower body endurance and strength class with personal trainer Lish Ciambrone!

From light foam rolling and stretching, dynamic warmups and activation drills to super sets targeting lower body strength, you will walk away from this class feeling limber and stronger than before. Exercises can be regressed or progressed easily, from beginner to intermediate.
